seating only for 36 guests, Chef Maurizio Bombini brings creative
reinterpretations of classic dishes of the Italian tradition to the

Sangkar
Restaurant With its extraordinary position at the edge of a cliff and
its elegant yet informal atmosphere, distinguished by a magnificently
illuminated ceiling and traditional woven lamps, the Sangkar Restaurant

Indonesian dishes with contemporary culinary techniques. Throughout the
